I recently worked on a prenatal guidesheet with midwife and longtime Fitness Compass client Sofie Jacobs for our studio, and thought it would be good to share as I found a lot of the dos and don’ts interesting.

It seems to me that Asian cultures in particular tend to treat pregnancy too carefully, ending up in women forgetting that they are still normal, functioning human beings and not a fragile patient! It’s still important – or in this case, more important – to keep your body healthy and strong to prepare for the challenge of giving birth and the subsequent recovery.
